Paula Gallup Little "Nana" 11/30/43- 05/23/10

Patrick's mom, Paula, passed away Sunday, May 23rd after a lengthy battle with Ovarian Cancer. She was diagnosed within 2 weeks after Nate's birth. Here are some miscellaneous pictures in no particular order of this remarkable woman. We will all miss you Paula. You are loved. (Click to enlarge)

Christmas time!

Well, Christmas season was a wonderful time. We had breakfast with Santa at Largo Medical Center one Sunday. We saw Santa at Westshore Mall (he is a very good Santa). Christmas Morning our friends Carla and Maryanne came over and opened presents with us. That afternoon we spent with all of the grandparents. It was very much a special time. Nate really did not get the concept of ripping open presents, which I found hard to believe since he normally rips any paper he gets his hands on....oh well, next year......

First Birthday Party.....

.....It has been such an incredible year, a year of ups and downs and great sadness and incredible happiness. We had a beautiful day at Walsingham Park to celebrate our most precious gift...Nate! We were so happy to spend it with the ones we love! Nate's friends Avery and John were in attendance as was Nurse Lynne and her husband Al, some of the SLACKERS, Dea and Tim, Mommy and Daddy's friends, Nana, Gramp, Grandma and Grandpa, and Nate's neighbors and more! We had a great time and as you can see, Nate was a mess!! Special thanks to Mindy for making the Birthday cake...I recommend her services. Contact me for her info if you need to hire a great cake decorator!

Oh and Debbie is probably going to kick my butt for posting the pic of her sticking her tongue out at the camera, but thats what you get when you wont smile and pose....lol!
