And finally...these were taken tonight....
More pics...
...miscellaneous pics include Nate with Candace, our hairdresser (who also has a micro-preemie 28 weeker who is now 3 years old. She is giving Nate his first lollipop. He liked it! Nate in sink for bath. Nate waking up sideways at top of crib-- he started out mid-crib the other way. Nate picking off of the drink menu at Smoky Bones and Nate just looking generally cute!!

Recent developments....
....well, the day after we got home from our trip to KY, we went to see the Cardiologist. When Nate was in the hospital he had surgery to correct one hole in his heart (the PDA). When he left, he still had one hole (a PFO). Nate had an echocardiogram and he is free of any holes now. The PFO closed up on its own and he has been released from Cardiology! This means Nate is no longer seeing any Specialists!! His last trip to The pediatrician was great-- she was impressed with his progress, as is the Early Steps program development coordinator, Julie.
Nate survived his first illness. He has an upper respiratory infection the week before we went to KY. We all did actually. He now has a home nebulizer for breathing treatments if we need it in the future.
These pictures are of Nate and his Florida girlfriend (Averie) and from Patrick's 40th Birthday Party...

Well, it has been a while since we posted, so I will start with pics from Nate's trip to Kentucky for my class reunion. The reunion cocktail party lasted longer than originally scheduled, so after we relieved Joann, who was wonderful enough to volunteer to babysit him during the party (and the night before as well), we took Nate downstairs to the reunion. He loves music and lights and had a ball. He was a big hit. Pictures are from the various weekend activities in KY. The pic of him and Daddy sleeping were the day we got home- they were both exhausted!
